The Aeoon Kyo Series enables digital textile production on an industrial scale. Our direct-to-textile printing equipment keeps you ahead of the technological possibilities in the direct-to-textile printing market. Digital (DTG – Direct to Garmet) printing used to be mostly used for small volumes, but thanks to our new technology and impressive print speeds of up to 1280 pieces per hour (A4, 1 pass, depending on how fast the operator can do the job), it is finally possible to do this business on an industrial scale, in the field of direct to textile printing. High-resolution printing from 600 dpi allows you to expand your vision to new design possibilities.
High volume production
To date, the Kyo Series is one of the fastest DTG presses on the market, with the ability to print up to 1280 t-shirts per hour (A4). This is achieved by using 2558 nozzles in 12 printheads with a base resolution of 600 dpi and a firing rate of up to 40 000 ink drops per second, in four different sizes.

We manufacture printing equipment to meet your needs. Aeoon Kyo Series models not only allow you to adapt to your customer’s needs, but also give your business the opportunity to grow and develop! We design our printing equipment in a modular way, which means that as your business grows, you can increase print speeds by adding additional print heads, or you can customise your printing equipment for a specific application.

Aeoon Compact Series – small but powerful!
The Aeoon compact series is our latest addition to our range of printing machines. We have carefully considered the feedback from our customers with a small production space and created completely new machines that meet their requirements and expectations. Aeoon Compact Series models are smaller, sleeker and at the same time as high quality and durable as our Aeoon Kyo Series models. These models are therefore ideal for businesses with limited space.
But the fact that we have reduced the size of the machine, we didn’t want to reduce the speed and volume of printing. The Aeoon Compact Series is capable of speeds up to 950 pieces per hour (A4 size, 1 pass, depending on how fast the operator can work on the machine).
Flexible machine configuration
The Aeoon compact series is available with four or eight printheads, which can be configured according to customer preferences and requirements. The 4-head version can print CMYK on light or white textiles.
The 8 print head version is capable of printing 2x CMYK or CMYK and white per colour, allowing you to print great images on any colour fabric, including dark or black fabrics.
Speed and vibrant colours
Our inks are optimised for high-volume textile printing and meet the highest quality requirements for colour brightness and wash fastness. Our pigment inks are available in both CMYK and W (white). They comply with ecological standards and have received Oeko-Tex and GOTS (Global Standards) certification.

Aeoon PTB series
High-speed pre-treatment solution for industrial mass production. With our Largest Belt, speeds of up to 10 metres per minute and up to 930 shirts per hour can be processed! So processing your shirts doesn’t slow down the print speed of your printer!
Changing pre-treatment fluids
For fast work, PTB has applied an automatic fluid change function, e.g. if you print on dark textiles, with a few clicks you can automatically change the settings for white and light textiles! Or vice versa.
Cost savings
You can individually change the nozzles and dimensions to which you would like to apply the pre-treatment fluid.
The laser system is able to automatically detect the correct area for spraying the pre-treatment liquid.
Aeoon Flatbed series
High speed and large format vacuum flatbed printing machine for industrial applications.
With the Aeoon Flatbed series we have the opportunity to push the boundaries in terms of print area sizes, as we can print on 4 different table sizes, the largest of which is 4200 x 3750 mm.
In addition, we equipped our flatbed with a number of useful printing options, such as:
