The Second Project for the Digitization and Automation of Production Processes at SIA “PrintPack Service” (AIZD-DIGI-240)
The goal of the project is to implement a comprehensive set of measures to significantly digitize and automate the company’s existing production processes. The project plans to implement the following measures for the development of a digital strategy – replacing outdated offset plate production technology with modern technology, as well as implementing a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in warehouse and production processes.
As a result of the project, manual labor at the company will be replaced by automated and digitized equipment, work completion times will be reduced, the level of digitization will increase even further, the company’s competitiveness will improve, productivity will rise at various stages of production, order processing time will decrease, etc. Data exchange and storage processes will be improved. The production process will become more reliable, lead times will be reduced, and quality will improve—all of which will lay the groundwork for increasing the company’s revenue and profits.
